Historic Trolley Tour 2 Susquehanna St Our 70 minute live narrated trolley tour of Jim Thorpe is the best way to see and learn about our amazing town! Tickets can also be purchased at our booth in front of the visitor center, no on-line purchase same day! Read more Please arrive in town at least ONE HOUR prior to your scheduled time to allow time for traffic/parking! Less than 1 week prior to tour, tickets are transferable to other dates and times as available, but are not refundable. Our historic trolley tour goes from the visitor center at 2 Susquehanna St. through the Jim Thorpe Memorial, the Lehigh Gorge State Park, up Broadway past all the shops, restaurants, and museums to the Mauch Chunk Lake and drop off back at the visitor center. This 70 minute tour is a great way to see most of the town of Jim Thorpe, some of our beautiful natural scenery, great things to do while in town, and our historic buildings along Broadway! Our tour is a live narration with some of the interesting history of the town as well as our name sake. NO SAME DAY ON-LINE PURCHASE. But tickets CAN be purchased at the ticket booth same day Tours starting at 12:00. Winter tours are subject to weather and current road conditions.
